Jay HarrisSecurity Consultant

Jahmel, also known as Jay, is a security consultant, researcher and ethical hacker. With a background in software development and security, his work focuses both on the offensive “ethical hacking” side and in integrating secure coding practices into organisations and their project lifecycles.
As well as running Digital Interruption, Jahmel run Manchester Grey Hats, a community group in Manchester that runs free workshops and events. MGH works to teach security skills to those looking to move into security roles.

Isabel EvansQuality and Testing Consultant

Independent quality and testing consultant Isabel Evans has more than thirty years of IT experience in the
financial, communications, and software sectors. Her work focuses on quality management, software testing,
and user experience (UX). A published author, popular speaker and storyteller at software conferences
worldwide, Isabel is a Chartered IT Professional and Fellow of the British Computer Society, and received the
2017 EuroSTAR Testing Excellence Award. In parallel with her consultancy and teaching in industry, Isabel
Evans is studying part-time as a PhD student at the Department of Computer Information Systems, University
of Malta, working with Dr Chris Porter and Dr Mark Micallef on research in human factors for Software Testing.
Within that, her current research project is to examine human factors around test tools and the automation of
testing, in particular, the UX of test tools for testers. Isabel was programme chair for the HUSTEF 2018
conference in Budapest, and is the programme chair for EuroSTAR 2019 conference which takes place in
Prague, November 2019.

Adrian BenkoLead Software Automation Engineer

Adrian started his career as a PHP Developer, but he turned to QA soon. On his first project he tested pacemakers, later he participated in an international project and tested call centres for national agencies in Norway. To gain experience from other industries, he tested blood analyser machines for vet clinics, travel booking sites for one of the biggest US travel agencies and nowadays he’s interested in iGaming.

Adrian spent 10+ years as a QA, he’s passionate about education, and he used to teach at universities in Budapest about Test Automation.

Daniel Billing is an experienced software tester, consultant and trainer. He has a deep passion for testing, and especially security. He is an active member of the software testing community, participating in a number of conferences and other events, as an attendee, speaker, trainee and volunteer.

With 18 years experience, Daniel has worked with a wide range of organisations, including start ups, financial institutions, health and scientific, public and the defence sector. He currently runs the consultancy The Test Doctor, which aims to develop test strategies and skills of his clients, particularly in the sphere of security.

He has worked and consulted for a variety of high profile companies around the world and is an internationally published author and speaker who has been invited to speak at conferences such as the Google Test Automation Conference, BCS SIGIST and STANZ. Today he spends most of his time researching and teaching software testing at the University of Malta where he is a Senior Lecturer within the Faculty of ICT. His research work focuses on bringing academia and industry closer together, automated test case design and improving the experience of the human tester.
